Customer Charter

  • Simultaneous application results within 85 days from the date the application is received
  • Assessment tax bills issued before January 1 (first term) and July 1 (second term)
  • A response to a complaint is given within one working day for a complete complaint
  • Monitoring of jpsppa concessionaires performing duties as agreed in the contract as follows:
    1. Domestic Waste Collection
      • residential three times a week
      • commercial daily
    2. Lawn mowing once a month
    3. Gutter cleaning once a month
    4. Bulk garbage collection once a week
  • Minor infrastructure damage repair works are carried out within one month from the date the complaint is received

  • Risk-free license application decision 1 working day

  • Decision / approval for additional building application through guidebook / equivalent plan immediately

  • Changing / updating the owner's name or address within three working days

  • Landscape plan application results within 14 working days

  • Ensuring that all servers operate 24 hours x 7 days with system downtime of no more than 3 hours
