CHANGE OF ADDRESS AND TRANSFER OF PROPERTY AT MPHS IS NOW AT YOUR FINGERTIPS
Notice to all property owners in Hulu Selangor, the Property Valuation and Management Department, Hulu Selangor Municipal Council has prepared a system for the process of changing address and transferring property ownership. The process can be done online by visiting https://epenilaian.mphs.gov.my or scanning the QR Code. The department will not accept face-to-face applications.
Through this system you also need to upload the necessary documents (transfer process) such as identity cards (individuals), sales/grant agreements, SSM (Company), latest tax bills and other relevant documents. The transfer process is subject to a processing fee according to the type of holding. While the address change process is free and does not require any documents. Your application status can also be checked through this system.
