EXECUTION FOR ORDER TO ARREST JUDGMENT DEBTOR FOR RENT ARREARS CASE
The execution operation for the order to arrest the judgment debtor for the rent arrears case was carried out on 05 July 2023, at approximately 10.45 am at the tenant's residence in Bukit Sentosa.
This implementation action was carried out led by the Court bailiff and attended by a panel of lawyers, MPHS Legal Division and Property Valuation and Management DepartmentMPHS.
The enforcement action to arrest this tenant was carried out because the tenant failed to appear in Court on 17 February 2023 for a Judgment Debtor's Summons claim for rent arrears of the premises owned by MPHS. The tenant was brought by the Court bailiff to appear before the Magistrate, Kuala Kubu Bharu for further action.
The Kuala Kubu Bharu Magistrate's Court has ordered the tenant to make the payment from July 2023. The tenant's failure to comply with this order allows a prison sentence to be carried out.
This action has been taken by MPHS as a reminder and a lesson to all tenants of premises owned by the Council to pay rent according to the stipulated period and comply with the conditions stipulated in the rental agreement.
