FOODSCAPING CONTRIBUTION PROGRAM TO PARTICIPANTS OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL BEAUTIFUL PROGRAM (PIP) 2023.

This morning at the Bukit Sentosa Public Hall, a Foodscaping Donation program was held for 15 participants of the Beautiful Environment Program (PIP). These participants consist of resident associations registered in the Hulu Selangor district.
This Foodscaping Donation Program was completed by Mr. Yang Di Pertua of the Hulu Selangor Municipal Council, Mr. Mohd Hasry bin Nor Mohd AMS. The meeting this morning was also graced by the presence of the Elders of Hulu Selangor District, Raja Dato' Muzaffar bin Raja Redzwa DSIS Present together , Line of Councillors, MPHS Department Directors, MPHS Division Heads and representatives of residents' associations.
This Foodscape contribution is in the form of ingredients to make lambuk porridge in conjunction with the program that is being run in the month of Ramadhan Al Mubarak this year. Among the ingredients provided are Brazilian spinach, bottle beans, kale, kesum leaves, yam stalks, chilies and sugarcane water. These vegetables and drinks are the result of 15 resident associations participating in PIP that have community garden areas.
The MPHS Landscape Department hopes that in the future, participation in programs like this can anchor the community's interest in leading a healthy life while also generating additional revenue and income.
