The Hulu Selangor Municipal Council's (MPHS) Customer Meeting Day, which took place at the MPHS Office Grounds today, opens the opportunity for people to get advice, channel complaints, views or problems face-to-face with staff.
This 4-hour program starting at 8.30am to 12.30pm has received a favorable response when many customers have come face-to-face with the officers on duty at the counters to express problems and complaints faced while others can be resolved at the counters provided here.
Other participating agencies are Indah Water (IWK) and Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB). A Merdeka Karaoke competition was also held among workers in conjunction with Malaysia Day celebrations.
