JMB/MC APPRECIATION CEREMONY 2022
The MPHS Building Commissioner's Division held the 2022 JMB/MC Appreciation Ceremony at Bizmilla, Gamuda Gardens on March 1, 2023 and was officiated by Yang
Honorable Mrs. Rodziah Binti Ismail, Permanent Chairman. Committee on Housing, Urban Wellbeing & Entrepreneur Development. Also present were the Business Owner Tuan Awaluddin Bin Zakaria, Deputy President and Deputy Commissioner of Building 1 of MPHS, His Excellency Engku Orang Kaya Maha Bijaya Raja Dato' Muzaffar Bin Raja Redzwa, Grand Orang of Hulu Selangor District, Chief - Chief Whip of the Council, representatives -representatives of the Selangor Housing and Real Estate Board (LPHS), Directors and Heads of Departments, representatives of MPHS internal departments, Directors - Department Directors and Heads - Division Heads of Building Commissioners, Selangor PBT Building Commissioners and members - members of the Joint Management Body (JMB) committee, Corporation Management (MC).
This ceremony aims to award the Joint Management Body (JMB) and the Management Corporation (MC) in managing and
maintain their respective areas based on the regulations that have been set under Act 757. The scoring system is implemented based on the Star Rating of the Stratified Building Development Scheme set by the Ministry of Housing and Local Government (KPKT).
Awards are given in two (2) categories as follows :-
a) Best Management, Maintenance and Finance Award
First Place: Anggerik Apartment, Bunga Raya Park
Second Place: Seri Bakawali Apartment, Bukit Sentosa
Third Place: Seri Anggerik Apartment 3, Bukit Sentosa
b) Strata Management Excellence Award (5 Stars)

In the presentation session, MPHS also recorded congratulations
The first Malaysian Good Agricultural Practice (myGAP) in Selangor for strata development areas. This upgrade was given by the Department of Agriculture, Ministry of Agriculture and Industry. Crops are audited based on MS 1784:2005 Crop Commodities – Good Agricultural Practice.
May JMB/MC under the administration of the Building Commissioner of the Hulu Selangor Municipal Council continue to move forward to make its name up to the national level.
